This book is nicely written. One full spread dedicated to each cocktail with a picture of the drink on the left And easy to read instructions to craft on the right. Each drink has a teaching pearl associated with the drink or liquors involved in the drink to help with your education. Had enough drinks included to keep you trying new things for a while. I really think having the picture is great so you get an idea of how the drink will present and glassware options that you should have or buy for the ideal drinks.Product details

This book has spurred a family obsession with cocktails. My husband makes a different drink from the book every night, and particularly likes that he's learning new cocktail-making tidbits along the way. A delicious addition to our kitchen.
Delightful. The authors' division of the canon into traditional and modern is the perfect framing for small group entertaining of any kind. Great description, clear instructions and excellent photography make this an approachable primer.
Always wanted something simple, easy to follow and elegant enough to keep in my display! Don't forget the digital copy as well!
I love my copy of this book.
It is taking me at my own pace (slowly) from classic to more elaborate drinks, teaching along the way without overwhelming. It gives enough of a base on each drink that researching into other variations is very simple.
It also has great photography, making it a nice coffee table book.
